MICAT Registration 2025: Opening Soon; Check How to Register - Step by Step Process

• You can apply online only 
• If you opt to appear in both the MICAT exams, you have the opportunity of getting your better MICAT Score considered
• If you apply and appear in MICAT I, you can apply for MICAT II as existing user
• Last date to apply for MICAT I and MICAT II are different
• MICAT I exam is conducted in December first week and MICAT II is conducted in January last week. 

Before going deep in MICAT exam registration process, check MICA selection process as below: 

There are two MICAT exams for admission to MICA Ahmedabad. You can register and apply and for one MICAT or for both MICAT exams. If you miss MICAT I registration and application process, MICA admission remains open through MICAT II exam. The Step by Step MICAT exam registration process 2025 leading to MICA admission 2025 is as below 

Step-1: Apply for MICAT 1 or MICAT 2 or Both the MICAT Exams

• MICA application fee includes the MICAT exam application fee
• If you miss MICAT I, Register and apply for MICAT II to Improve the MICAT score
• If you have applied for MICAT I, you should apply again for MICAT II
• MICAT is mandatory Entrance Test for MICA Admission 2025
• MICA has introduced Common Application form for MICAT and MICA Admission 
• MICAT I is conducted in 48 cities in India
• MICAT is computer based objective type test of 2 hours 15 minutes duration
• MICAT exam includes psychometric section, the descriptive section and an aptitude section with objective-type questions 
• Option is available to apply for both the MICAT exams for candidates who appeared or Not appeared in MICAT I 

Step-2: Must appear either in CAT 2024 or XAT 2025

• CAT 2024 is of 2 hours duration exam
• XAT 2025 is of 3 hours duration exam

Step-3: Check MICA Shortlisting based on CAT/XAT & MICAT

• Candidates will be shortlisted for final selection round in 3rd week of Feb  
• CAT/XAT cut off expected at 80 percentile
• Shortlist to have weightage of 50% to CAT/XAT score and 50% to MICAT score

Step-4: Attend Group Exercise & Personal Interview Round in 5 Cities

• Short listed candidates will be called for GE and PI at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata & Mumbai. 
• GE-PI will be conducted in March 2025, preferably from March 1st week to March 3rd week 2025 in different cities

Step-5: Check MICA Final Selection Merit List & Admission Offers.

• MICA Ahmedabad will generate final merit list for admission 2025 in April 2025
• GE-PI will be awarded 50% weightage.
• 30% weightage is awarded to MICAT score; 20% to CAT/XAT score 

MICAT I and MICAT II application and registration form for the new as well as existing applicants is released by MICA Ahmedabad along with the MICA application form. Candidates can fill up the form to apply online. You need to click on your category:

• New registration, Or
• Already Registered users
• MICA Application has to be submitted online with the requisite application fee of Rs.2100/-. 
• In the application, you need to update your score options which you would like to submit (CAT/XAT/GMAT). 

MICAT 2025 Registration Process: 7 Step Guide
You can apply for MICA admission 2025 in following steps

Step-1: Register to Get User ID
You need to click on Apply Now at MICA website. It will take you to the first step of registration. On the page that opens, you should fill in your name, mobile number, valid email ID and after clicking on ‘I Agree’ box, and entering captcha, you need to click on submit button. 

Step-2: Check & Verify Details
You need to verify the information and click on OK button. Your User ID and password are now sent to your mobile and on your email ID. The page also displays your application number which you should note for future reference

Step-3: Click on Go to Application 
Your MICA registration is now complete. Click on Go to Application and read instructions how to fill MICA application form and proceed further

Step-4: Upload Photo & Signature and Fill Academic Details
The application form first requires to fill personal details, upload your photo & signature at the top and then fill the academic details

Step-5: Enter CAT/XAT/GMAT Exam Details
On this page you should choose the entrance exam the score of which you wish to submit for admission and if available now, you should submit exam score also. If you do not have the score card now, you will be allowed to update your score later. Besides, as MICAT is the mandatory test for MICA Admission, you should choose whether you wish to appear in MICAT-1 or MICAT-2 or in both

Step-6: Make Payment
MICA Application fee is Rs.2100. You need to pay this fees online. So, check the details, your application fee is displayed on this page. If the fee amount is correct you should click on ‘I Agree’ before finalizing the payment and proceed further. 

Step-7: Enter Entrance Exam Score after Result Declaration
After the CAT 2024 and XAT 2025 result declaration, MICA will give you the opportunity to update your exam score. You should login as Already Registered candidate to update your CAT/XAT score

MICAT II: Application form to Open from November 2024 till Mid Jan 2025
If you have applied and appeared in MICAT I and wish to apply for MICAT II also, you are an already registered user else you are a new registration. Both for already registered users and for new registration, the MICAT II registration form opens from November 2024 and closes in Mid January 2025. For already registered user, MICAT II application form is smaller and needs only few details to be filled up. For new registration the application form is like that of MICAT I.

MICA admission test, MICAT 2025 is a multidimensional computer based examination, which will assess candidates in areas such as Divergent Thinking Abilities, Written Communication Abilities, General Awareness about contemporary social and business issues, including areas relevant to media, marketing, advertising & current affairs and Analytical & Verbal Abilities.
