Auditoriums
The campus features two state-of-the-art auditoriums with seating capacities of 250 and 400, hosting seminars, conferences, cultural programs, and student events.

Hostels
With 20 well-designed hostels accommodating around 1,400 students, IIM Kozhikode ensures comfortable living arrangements. Single or shared rooms feature LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity, alongside amenities like washing machines, water dispensers, geysers, and air conditioning. 

Sports and Recreation

Library and Labs
Students have access to an extensive library with both digital and print resources, as well as specialized labs, including the Computer Lab, Ideation Lab, Behavioral and Financial Computation Lab, and Business Simulation Lab. 

Business Museum
The Indian Business Museum, inaugurated in 2013 was developed by IIM Kozhikode to preserve and showcase India’s business history across various sectors. It serves as a hub for learning about the contributions of business leaders to the nation’s development.

Sustainability
Sustainability is a core focus at IIM Kozhikode, demonstrated by its rainwater harvesting initiative. This eco-friendly system captures runoff from roofs and land to promote effective water management, reflecting the institute's commitment to environmental responsibility.

Incubator Center
In collaboration with the Government of Kerala, IIM Kozhikode has established an incubator center to foster innovation and entrepreneurship among students, supporting their journey from ideation to implementation.
