Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP) Placements have been strong over the years. Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna achieved 100% placement for the 15th Batch of PGDM 2022-24. In addition to this, CIMP also marked a historic milestone with its first ever overseas placement. Backed by strong industrial relations, the placement season of 2024 for PGDM batch 2022-24 witnessed an overwhelming participation from corporate recruiters. More than 25 corporate companies from myriad sectors participated in the placement drives. These participating companies were from diverse verticals like Banking, Dairy, Paints, FMCG, Financial Inclusion, Telecommunication, Aerospace /Defence, Pharma, Bihar Government, Life Insurance, Metal Manufacturing, Construction & Engineering. 

CIMP 97 students of the Batch of 22-24, who opted for placement this year, were picked up by top 22 companies who participated in the placement season namely, ICICI, Global Archer, Amul, HDFC Life, IDBI Bank, Axis Bank, Federal bank, Colgate- Palmolive , HDFC Bank, DCB Bank, BFIL, Asian Paints, Berger Paints, COMFED, Shyam Metalics, JEEVIKA, Ujjivan Bank, Vodafone Idea , IDA Patna Bihar Govt., Piramal, TASL and ITC. The largest recruiter for the batch of 2022-24 has been yet again ICICI Bank which hired 27 students for different verticals. This season Global Archer Construction & Engineering LLP offered the highest package and that too for overseas placement.
