Karnataka PGCET Exam Result

PGCET (MBA) Exam 2023 will be held on September 24, 2023 and the Result is expected by October 15 or so. Earlier the PGCET exam was scheduled on September 10 and the PGCET result was expected on September 30, 2023. The PGCET result time is after 4 PM. Before release of PGCET result, KEA will examine all the objections to PGCET answer keys and once they are taken into account, the PGCET 2023 result will be declared.

Immediately after the declaration of PGCET result and ranks, the PGCET counselling process starts with the beginning of document verification. After completion of document verification, KEA will release the Seat matrix for different PG courses and the candidates will get the opportunity to exercise the entry options after this.

The PGCET Admission counselling process determines the allotment of seats in Government/ Government aided and management quota in B-schools affiliated to Bangalore, VTU and other Universities in Karnataka. 

After the PGCET result declaration, the counselling process will begin for allotment of seats in Government/ Government aided and management quota in B-schools affiliated to Universities in Karnataka.

1. How to Download PGCET 2023 Result

You can download PGCET 2023 score card from the KEA PGCET 2023 official website by login with your PGCET registration number.

The merit of the candidate, who appears for Post Graduate Common Entrance Test– 2023 for MBA and MCA Courses, will be determined separately for each course only on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the Post Graduate Common Entrance Test - 2023.

In case the merit of two or more candidates is the same, following factors will be considered to determine the merit position:

  • The interse merit shall be determined with reference to the total aggregate marks obtained in the Qualifying examination
  • Where the obtained marks are equal again, the interse merit shall be determined on the basis of the age of the candidate, wherein the elder candidate will be considered before the younger.

Following are the test centres for Karnataka PGCET 2023. At each test centre (test city) there can be number test venues depending upon the number of candidates at the centre. Besides, there may be more test centres for Karnataka PGCET 2023 under announcement by the KEA.
