2 Years PGP leading to MBA Degree: The Postgraduate Programme (PGP) at IIMA, which leads to a Master’s degree in Business Administration, is IIMA’s flagship programme since inception. The scope of this 2 year full time management program with specialization in agriculture has expanded beyond agriculture to include allied areas like food processing, marketing and rural infrastructure management. With a curriculum focused on providing familiarity with India's agriculture and food policy to understanding the complexities of agriculture finance, food marketing and commodities markets, PGP-FABM prepares aspiring managers in skills that go beyond general management. The programme alumni occupy leadership positions in organizations ranging from development institutions to food companies. Admission to MBA-FABM is offered through CAT exam score. A candidate with Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in agricultural sciences or agriculture-related disciplines, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA is eligible for admission.
