IIM Lucknow Director: Prof. Archana Shukla is a distinguished academic with over three decades of teaching and research experience. She specializes in Human Resource Management and holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from IIT Kanpur. Prof. Shukla has served as the inaugural chairperson of the Dr. Ishwar Dayal Chair for Futuristic Issues in the Behavioral Sciences (2015–2017). Her scholarly contributions include authoring a book, numerous research papers, and case studies in areas such as knowledge management, organizational adaptation, and structure.

Prof. Shukla has been instrumental in shaping research and pedagogy at IIM Lucknow, ensuring its continued excellence in management education.
