1. TANCET Exam 2022 Analysis: Paper Pattern

Following are the key features of TANCET 2022 pattern:

  • TANCET 2022 pattern is paper pen based exam
  • TANCET question paper consisted of 100 questions in MCQ format with maximum score of 100 marks.
  • TANCET Exam Pattern for MBA has remained a single test paper and had to be solved in 2 hours from 2.30 PM to 4.30 PM.
  • Each question in TANCET pattern was followed by 4 alternate answer options.
  • Each correct answer in TANCET 2022 pattern is awarded +1 mark and each wrong answer will carry 1/3 negative marking.
  • The candidate had to choose the correct answer and shade the corresponding small open box provided for that question in the answer sheet with a black ball point pen only while attempting the TANCET Questions.
  • Another thing to remember in TANCET 2022 exam was that, in case more than one answer option is chosen and more than one answer box is shaded for any question, then it will be treated as wrong answer and 1/3 mark will be deducted as negative marking.

4. TANCET Cut Offs 2022

  • It is expected that TANCET 2022 cut offs for MBA admission 2022 will be slightly higher than last year and will be between 35-38 marks out of 100.
  • Candidates who appeared in TANCET 2022 will be notified with actual marks and percentile score they have obtained, at the time of publishing result.
  • The final score card will contain only the percentile score.

Keeping in view the moderate difficulty level of TANCET 2021, it is expected that TANCET cut offs will be slightly higher than last year and will be between 34-37 marks out of 100.

Candidates who have written the TANCET 2021 will be notified with actual marks and percentile score they have obtained, at the time of publishing result. However, to avoid projecting negative scoring, the final score card will contain only the percentile score. The percentile score is calculated using the formula: Percentile Score =(Y/N)* 100; where Y is number of students scored lesser mark than the candidate in that examination and N is the total number of students appeared for the examination.
